Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Agreement governs the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Investus (hereinafter "Service") and its users in connection with the US stock investment information service provided by Investus.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"Service" refers to all services (US stock prices, news, portfolio management, etc.) provided through the mobile app and web platform operated by Investus. "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses the Service and uses it in accordance with this Agreement.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment)

This Agreement takes effect when posted on the Service screen or notified to Users. The Service may amend this Agreement as necessary and will provide advance notice of changes. Users who do not agree to the amended Agreement may discontinue use and withdraw from the Service.

Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)

The Service provides US stock price information, related news, portfolio management features, and more. Service content may change based on operational or technical requirements, and changes will be announced in advance.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

The Service may temporarily suspend provision due to unavoidable circumstances such as system maintenance, repair, replacement, failure, or communication outages. The Service is not liable for damages caused by service interruptions unless attributable to its own negligence.

Article 6 (User Obligations)

Users must comply with this Agreement and applicable laws. Users must not interpret information provided by the Service as investment advice or make investment decisions based solely on such information. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of Service content is prohibited.

Article 7 (Paid Services and Payments)

The Service offers optional paid products alongside ad-supported free features. [Investus Pro] • Monthly or annual subscription for Pro reports and features. • Payments via card and simple pay (Kakao Pay, Naver Pay, Toss Pay, etc.) through PortOne. • Subscriptions may auto-renew; users may cancel before renewal. [Ebooks and other digital content] • One-time purchase with immediate digital delivery after payment. Prices shown on the Service prevail. Refunds follow the separate Refund Policy (/more/refund).

Article 8 (Advertising and Creator Revenue)

Some features may be supported by advertising. Approved Invest Club creators may receive ad revenue proportional to content views. Payouts are monthly and minimum thresholds may apply. Account verification is required before payouts. Payouts may be suspended for false information or Terms violations.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property)

Intellectual property rights to content provided by the Service (design, UI, software, data, etc.) belong to the Service or the respective rights holders. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell such content without written permission from the Service.

Article 10 (Limitation of Liability)

All information (prices, news, etc.) provided by the Service is for reference only. The Service does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information and assumes no responsibility for investment decisions made based on such information or their outcomes.

Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)

This Agreement shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. For disputes arising from use of the Service, the court with jurisdiction over the Service operator's location shall serve as the court of first instance.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms took effect as of May 18, 2026. Paid subscription and payment provisions were amended effective July 21, 2026.
